The Challenge

The client is an established business, looking to venture into the food business, as they were passionate foodies, and have a strong culinary background, where their interest in serving home-style food delivered to customers footsteps, more like a cloud kitchen, but long back even before the concept existed. So they approached us for a Brand creation and launch strategy.

Core idea is to launch a  food delivery app, where customers can order their choice of food, and it will be delivered at their footsteps in the said time.

The idea was fresh, and not much competition back then, no much buzz about swiggy and zomato either. So we did our study on the market, and carved their brand strategy.

We also helped them in their brand execution, where we created their brand identity, helped them in creating the brand and marketing collateral’s, Video production and created ATL, and BTL strategies to launch the brand.

The Process

The brand owners were smart enough in carving their delivery routes, as they have a solid business background their action plan was clear and actionable. Our journey with them was a breeze, as all we need to do is tweak the relevant solutions based on our expertise, and data.

  • Brand Strategy, Identity creation, Collateral’s to support the, marketing activites.
  • We designed and developed the food delivery app, which had a decent download rate at the time of launch.

  • Developed the back-end app to measure and monitor the entire business operations.

It was a fun journey with the team, and one of the successful startups we have helped thru from the scratch to build the brand to where it is now. Now they have their own food counters at some of the prestigious health care facilities to deliver food. They are most recognized by the bachelor working professionals, who prefer simple and healthy home food!
