Our Client is a leading kitchen equipment co. in the commercial kitchen equipment domain, who suffered with bad branding, and zero promotional efforts as they didn’t believe in marketing. They were looking for a rebranding solutions experts and help them position as a industry leader in 3 years span.

Client Context

Client’s company was doing well for more than 25 years, before the emerging new players around them were growing, and the market share was large enough. As the newer competitors were on the rise, and the disruption of new tech, which they didn’t take advantage of started to shrunk the market share, and eventually the profit potential.

The company was known for its Quality in manufacturing the best kitchen equipment for the commercial sector and have established a reputation among some of the top chain of restaurants and hotels, who were also their repeated customers, but reaching newer customers, and a steady loss of orders from existing customers, caused the gradual dip in sales, which made the brand to rethink on their current strategies that is not effective enough to help them cross the hurdles.

The Process

We have started from analysing the gaps in the existing strategy, and we did a thorough study on the competition and their current market position. Which led us to identify the brand’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. We have also spoke with their clients, and key stake holders to understand the real problems that the owners of the business have missed over the years.
